GIVE TO WILDLIFE SOS HELPING INJURED BIRDS OF MAKAR SANKRANTI Wildlife SOS collaborated with Eco Rescuers Foundation to host and fund a free Bird Treatment Camp in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The four-day camp was set up on the occasion of Makar Sankranti, a festival where bird casualties are at their highest due to rampant kite-flying. Our rescue operations form excellent case studies for the trainees taking part in the programme. They were also introduced to a variety of rescue equipment such as snare poles, safety nets, to name a few. The Wildlife SOS team operating out of the Manikdoh Leopard Rescue Centre covered a lot of ground in the state, and ended up rescuing five leopards in a single month across three different forest ranges.
