HELPING INJURED BIRDS OF MAKAR SANKRANTI Wildlife SOS collaborated with Eco Rescuers Foundation to host and fund a free Bird Treatment Camp in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The four-day camp was set up on the occasion of Makar Sankranti, a festival where bird casualties are at their highest due to rampant kite-flying. LEOPARD CONSERVATION TRAINING FOR GUARDS Every year Wildlife SOS collaborates with the forest department to host training for the future guardians of India’s forests. Our rescue operations form excellent case studies for the trainees taking part in the programme. They were also introduced to a variety of rescue equipment such as snare poles, safety nets, to name a few. FIVE LEOPARDS RESCUED IN A MONTH 2022 ended on a dramatic note with multiple leopard rescues in Maharashtra.
