Adopt Felix
Rescued from a life of suffering, baby Felix was found locked in a tiny cage where he had been kept illegally as a pet for six months. His tiny body bore the scars of captivity—wounds on his head from banging against the bars and sores on his fingers from clinging to the cage in distress. Weak, malnourished, and running a fever, he had endured unimaginable fear and trauma.
On 3 January 2025, Felix’s life changed forever when our rescue team brought him to the BORA Rescue Centre. In desperate need of round-the-clock care and comfort, he quickly bonded with his babysitters, just as he would have with his mother in the wild. Despite his rough start, Felix’s curious spirit shone through—he amazed his caregivers by bravely climbing small trees soon after arriving, eager to explore his new world.
Our baby sitter, likes to carry us around. She's nice but we CAN walk. We allow it to please her. That's me Felix, on the left side clinging on
Too old for a bottle of milk!! Are you kidding me?
When Felix first arrived he had baby pot belly and was only 6 months old
To learn to survive in the forest the babies go to jungle school
